Trump exempts smartphones and computers from the new tariffs

Trump after imposing 145% tariffs 💵 on products from China, poised tech companies like Apple. Later, tech CEOs spoke loudly and the White House understood them giving a 90-day tariff reprieve period. And now Smartphones and Computers are being exempted from Trump’s reciprocal tariffs.
The exemption also includes other electronic components like semiconductors, solar cells, flat panel TV displays, flash drives, memory cards, and SSDs. There are many reasons for this decision like Apple losing over $640 Billion in market value and the increasing cost of an iPhone to around $3500 if the tariff came into act.
