Ferrari CEO says 40% of their new clients are under 40

Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna said, “40% of the new clients are below 40 years. I don’t know for other brands, but for us, it is an achievement that is thanks to our team.“ Just before 18 months, Ferrari's chief said it was 30%. All these were said during the CONVERGE LIVE in Singapore.

US-based VC Firm Bessemer raises $350 million for second India fund

Bessemer Venture Partners, headquartered in San Fransisco, has raised $350 million for it’s second India fund. The company has already raised around $220 million in 2021 for its first India fund. Bessemer has stakes in Swiggy, Ola, and BigBasket and has stakes globally in Pinterest, Shopify and LinkedIn. The VC Firm is bullish in AI-enabled, fintech, and D2C Indian businesses.

China Home prices dropping even after Revival efforts

China’s home prices fall at a severe rate in February, worsening for first time in six months even after the country’s efforts to prop up the market. “Markets should not forget that China’s property collapse is not yet over,“ writes Lu Ting, Chief China Economist at Nomura Holdings Inc., writes in a March 10 report.

New-home prices in 70 cities, excluding state-subsidized housing, dropped 0.14% from January, when they slid 0.07%, National Bureau of Statistics figures showed Monday. Values of used homes fell 0.34%, the same pace as a month earlier.
