A Robotic Startup shared its âmost anatomically accurate android in the worldâ, says it flexes its 1000 muscles
Clone Robotics, a robotic startup has shared footage of their most anatomically accurate robot and the video shows it flexes its 1000 muscles. There have been other companies like Tesla working on Optimus bot or Unitree Robotics performing awesome kung fu moves. âProtoclone, the worldâs first bipedal, musculoskeletal androidâ, the company said on X.
Protoclone frails its legs, hands, and fingers. The company says its robot has 200 degrees of freedom, 500 sensors, and 1000 myofibers. Thatâs why it can mimic lifelike muscles as in the clip. Along with muscles, the robot has a âskeletal systemâ with 206 âbonesâ to match the human body and a ânervous systemâ made up of cameras and pressure sensors that allow the bot to âseeâ and âfeelâ.
